We've been dealing with Western Keys since our investment was built over ten years ago. The staff have always been professional, friendly and very supportive when there have been issues with tenants which we have had in the past. They went out of their way to ensure we got everything we were entitled to and anything they could not do, made sure our insurance company had all the relevant information required. We are always kept up to date with any information we need or requests from tenants. Reports are always completed on time and no stone left unturned with inspections. Western Keys Real-estate is a wonderful company to deal with. I have been a tenant of theirs for just over a year and the low number of maintenance problems I have experienced have all been dealt with promptly, without any issues. They have even proactively fixed things that I was willing to let slide.
